Returns are accepted only for standard size boxes. If you are unhappy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined here.
Custom-made or personalized product boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable. Since these items are produced specifically to your requirements, all purchases of customized boxes are considered final.
We do not provide product exchanges. If you wish to return an eligible item, you must follow the return process rather than requesting a replacement.
To begin a return, please reach out to our customer support team to request return approval. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
